Como novedad se tuvo la presencia del Grupo Se\u00f1a y Verbo Teatro de sordos con el espect\u00e1culo \u201cUga\u201d y se lanz\u00f3 el libro \u201cJugando en Escena\u201d Titirindeba 25 a\u00f1os de creaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n del maestro Jorge Humberto Munoz Villarreal.<\/p><p>El desfile inaugural cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de cuarenta organizaciones culturales de la ciudad.
